The Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) (2005 Order) (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

This Order amends the law relating to the provision that may be made in respect of certain liabilities incurred by a company’s directors. Transitional provision prior to the date of Royal Assent is contained in Article 3.
